By accessing the Novago website or applying for a Yield Audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Novago operates as an independent backend growth partner. Our services include technical infrastructure audits, server-side data architecture, and the automation of customer lifecycle retention systems.

The "Yield Audit" is a diagnostic tool used to determine partnership eligibility. Submission of an audit application does not guarantee a partnership or specific performance outcomes.

The technical protocols, proprietary code substrates, and architectural frameworks developed by Novago remain the intellectual property of Novago unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific Partner Portfolio Agreement.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the implemented infrastructure for the duration of the partnership.

In no event shall Novago or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Novago's website or the technical implementations provided.

Any claim relating to Novago's website or services shall be governed by the laws of Denmark without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Herning, Denmark.
